Retreats,  Workshops &  Wellcations

I offer Retreats, Workshops and Wellcations offering opportunities to come together in small groups for fun, health and wellness. 

A Wellcation is a retreat style break where you can fully immerse yourself in beautiful surrounds whilst focusing only on yourself to relax, nurture, heal and revitalise. 

My Retreats, Wellcations and Workshops are based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. 

Each event offers a variety of experiences, activities and learning and aims to gift you with tools and techniques to find more F.L.O.W. (fun, love, oneness & wellbeing) in your life.

Workshops are usually half to full day experiences where as my Retreats and Wellcations have varying stay durations starting from to 2-3 days.  They are held throughout the year and specific events will be published on my social media pages and updated here. 

You can join an existing group by registering your interest using the contact form below or create you own customised experience by gathering some friends as a lovely way to connect, bond and experience peace, fun and learning together. 

Some of the experiences available:

+ varied yoga experiences and styles including Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga and Aqua Yoga sessions and may include Restorative and gentle practices using energy treatments and therapeutic essential oils
+ participate in a variety of meditation sessions, mindfulness walks, elemental movement meditation and much more
+ engage in unique activities and experiences that showcase the vast variety of natural wonders this magical part of the world offers
+ come away with a plethora of tools and techniques for wellness, healing and self-care
+ Healing Touch energy re-balance, relaxation and pain relief treatments
+ enjoy some free time to explore on your own or simply relax!
+ wholesome and delicious fresh local foods can be sourced or dining out at many of the areas award-winning restaurants and cafes

Unique Customised Experiences - If you have a group of friends I can customise the Wellcation to meet the needs and desires of the group.  This  can be as simple as providing a yoga or meditation session  each morning up to more in-depth teaching incorporating techniques for self-development, stress relief and wellbeing (eg Healing Touch Treatments).

Yoga Retreats

Plenty of fun and yoga 2-3 times per day (morning flow and afternoon restorative, yin and/or nidra), held in gorgeous natural surrounds nestled in the eucalypt forests with divine mountain views overlooking the Glass House Mountains.  Delicious Vegan Aruveydic nutritious yumminess for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Clay workshop that was way more fun that we imagined and time to rest or explore this magnificent property and local natural attractions.

I enjoyed it (Women's Wellness Weekend) very much, I feel five years younger.  It helped me rest and sleep.  It was beautiful, and fun.  I really like the women and had a great time with everyone... Vision Board Workshop

We held our first Vision Board and Gratitude workshop in February this year. The workshop was co-facilitated by myself and Celeste Stirrup from Womens Village. We guided the group through a fun, interactive workshop and meditation session to clarify and bring focus to each person's dreams and goals.

It was a beautiful session and we are very excited to share that it inspired one participant to follow her dream and start a new career.

We hope to run another one later this year so let us know if you are interested.

Wellness Days

Our wellness days are a carefully crafted mix of both relaxing and re-energising sessions of restorative yoga, meditation and creative fun and includes the most delicious Chef prepared meals.

The day starts at 9am and runs till around 3pm at our tranquil award-winning studio in the Noosa Hinterland, Tinbeerwah.

The passion you have for helping others is admirable. After attending your Wellcation I have learnt to "stop" and "smell the roses".  Being a busy working mum I never thought I could take the time for meditation and relaxation techniques but you have shown me it can be done, and quite easily.
