Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all postures are performed with the support of a chair whilst sitting or standing. This type of yoga makes it more accessible to a wider range of age groups and ability.
You get all the wonderful benefits of traditional floor yoga classes with pranayama (breath work), physical postures and relaxation meditation.

I began Yoga sessions through classes at my Leisure Resort. I had never previously undertaken Yoga classes, though I had a long history in physical fitness. The classes are excellent and have contributed greatly to my increased awareness of my own capabilities.
