In Studio classes and Online (live and pre-recorded options)
Our beautiful Noosa hinterland studio has now re-opened and we are following Covid-19 Safe practices and industry directives. We will continue to offer live online and pre-recorded classes in addition to our in-studio classes.

Being a clean, sparkly, brand new, boutique studio that is well ventilated with huge open sliding doors and louvered windows, and only 4 in-studio classes per week (plus 8 live online options), our studio has a small amount of foot traffic. We believe therefore, we are the perfect option for these times and moving forward. We hope you think so too!
For social distancing we have limited our in-studio class numbers to 6-7 persons and you will need to book your spot. (NB live online classes are always an option and you can book into these up to 16 minutes before class start time). Here's how:
The easiest way to book your classes is to download our Studiobookings App from the App store. Search for 'Find UR Flow' once downloaded then log in (or 'sign in' if new). Alternatively scroll down to click onto the class calendar below.
To book into IN-STUDIO Classes:
1. Scroll down and click on a class in the class calendar below. You will be directed to my studio booking site to register.

If the class is already full you will be asked to join a waitlist. If someone cancels you will be notified that a place has become available via email.

Group Yoga Classes
I teach group yoga classes at various locations throughout the Noosa Shire at local yoga studios, gyms, wellness resorts, for corporate clients and their staff and primarily at my hinterland studio in beautiful Tinbeerwah. Small Group and Private classes are available, you may like to gather a group of friends or family for your own private class. Chair Yoga & Meditation Classes
I teach Chair Yoga from our beautiful hinterland studio. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all postures are performed with the support of a chair whilst sitting or standing. This type of yoga makes it more accessible to a wider range of age groups and ability. You get all the wonderful benefits of traditional floor yoga classes with pranayama (breath work), physical postures and relaxation meditation. Not a week goes by that I don't hear from one of my yoga students how their practice has changed an aspect of their lives. From being able to walk longer distances, calm themselves when feeling anxious, sleep better or simply being able to reach down comfortably to put their shoes on. The benefits of yoga and meditation are felt from your very first class and are accumulative. I currently have students ranging in ages all the way up to 94 years!

Aqua Yoga Classes
I teach Aqua Yoga classes in my magnesium pool at my Tinbeerwah property. Aqua yoga is yoga practiced in water.
My magnesium and potassium pool has far less chemicals than traditional pools, it is believed to detox and balance and the gentle and subtle buoyancy supports your joints, and alleviates pain. It's the perfect yoga practice for our hot Queensland climate. My classes are limited to 3-4 people so that a comfortable, safe and supportive environment is maintained.
