This 60 min practice was recorded live. We focused on the vital energy Udana Vayu that sits in the throat and governs the chest, throat and head. Imbalances in this energy may manifest as respiratory problems, issues with neck and throat, foggy brain and anxiety. With the use of postures, mudras and chanting as well as bandhas this practice aims to bring this energy back to balance. In doing so allowing you to connect with your inner knowing and to communicate and express your ideas and thoughts with confidence and clarity. It aims to help with respiratory symptoms and to clear issues with communication.
