About me

Following a stroke in early 2015, despite being a fit and healthy person, I discovered the true power of self-care and healing through yoga, meditation and energy relaxation. I truly believe I couldn't have got through this crisis without these tools.  I use them every single day to support and empower myself and others. The consistent positive feedback from people of all ages who also experience the positive influence for themselves (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually) inspires me to continue to share, guide and teach.

It is for this reason I have a strong desire to share what I've learnt with others to support and encourage them to release stress, provide opportunities and utilise tools for self care, for improved health, happiness and wellbeing. Read more about my journey and why I might be the best fit for you...

Find ur Flow Studio

Our boutique, award-winning designed and purpose built studio is located in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland. We are less than 10 minutes from Noosaville, Tewantin, Eumundi and Cooroy in what's known as the Golden Triangle.

You will be welcomed into our community with open arms, we are small but our community connection is strong. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 9 (some only 4) and we have private lessons too. You'll receive care and attention and be able to chat with your teacher with ease to ask questions and get guidance.

There is no one-size fits all approach. Classes are customised to who is in the class on the day with modifications and variations given so EVERYONE feels empowered and confident no matter your level of practice.

We have classes for beginners, those wanting slow flows and gentle practices, chair yoga for those who find getting up and down off a mat challenging, yin for deep release and also practices for those wanting stronger flows. We try to give you a variety so you can pick and choose what you need each week.

Our Group Classes

We have various Yoga style classes to suit all levels, including:

  • Gentle - Beginners Level 1 - a gentle slow paced class with a focus on stretching and calming the body and mind. Detailed cues and guidance given. Start here if you are new to yoga.

  • Flow Yoga - Level 1/2 - a moderate paced class with intelligent sequencing flows plus holds to build strength and endurance. Open to all levels although beginners are encouraged to try our Gentle/Beginners class first or our Slow Flow and Restore Class.

  • Chair Yoga - a gentle form of yoga where all postures are performed with the support of a chair whilst sitting or standing. You will receive all the wonderful benefits of a traditional mat based yoga class but have the support of a chair throughout. Yoga made accessible to more.

  • Slow Flow and Restore -  A slower paced class for deep stretching, mobilisation and strengthening. Props such as massage balls, blocks and straps maybe used. You'll be lulled into a place of restoration with Cody's mindful guidance.

  • Yin Yoga - a slow paced class where poses are held to time targeting both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.

  • Meditation Practice - we practice a variety of meditation styles so individuals can experience and find preferred styles to help create a more peaceful and happy life.

Small Group and Private Classes

Our private classes are popular for those new to yoga and those wanting to work on a specific personalised focus in which private tuition would support them to gain confidence and knowledge customised at a pace and schedule that suits their needs.

We work with participants toward their specific goals and individual requirements. These can be anything from assessing technique, learning a specific pose or building an area of interest (eg strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation, easing stress).

These sessions can also be used for those wanting to share a private experience with a small group of family or friends e.g. birthday, Hens party or any celebration. A lovely session might be to gather a group of friends together for a Restorative Yoga Class to nurture and nourish.

These can be purchased as one-off sessions or in packages. Each session can be customised for one-to-one coaching or for small groups up to two people eg couples/family or a couple of friends.

Pre- recorded Classes and Courses

We are continually developing a library of pre-recorded classes and meditations for you to use anytime.

They range in time from 20 minutes (for those on the go) to 60 minute classes (great for those times when you're away or can't make it to a live class).

The library will also include courses and packages tailored to helping you focus on a particular skill or area you would like to improve in you life such as improving your sleep. These courses will include videos, audio, guides and questionnaires and are self paced.

Body Belles Yoga Mats

I love to connect with women who are inspiring and uplifting others like Louise, creator of Body Belles Yoga and Activewear. Louise is also our wonderful Administrative Assistant.

Louise has her own custom yoga mats that are both beautiful, environmentally friendly and practical. The images are real life photographs of the iconic Noosa River Foreshore and Sunshine Beach.
