Introducing our series of bite-sized sessions (approximately 10 minutes) designed to kickstart your day with purpose. Every session targets a specific aspect, ensuring you enjoy a balanced week of classes. Each practice is conveniently short, lasting just 10-15 minutes, seamlessly integrating movement and meditation into your daily routine.

A well-rounded thoughtful set of classes focused longevity practices including yoga flows, flexibility, balance, core strength, cardio, plyometrics, restorative and meditations. Various levels are catered for including chair yoga students.

Experience the joy of starting each day with a sense of serenity and vitality, both mentally and physically. Our classes promise a delightful blend of enjoyment and inspiration, preparing you to tackle whatever challenges lie ahead.

You'll receive seven daily practices - one movement and one meditation practice (and a couple of bonus variations on some days), offering flexibility to follow them sequentially or cherry-pick based on your needs. There are a number of bonus classes (eg chair yoga options and stronger versions).
