Flow Fit is an 8-week holistic program designed for women 40-50years+ looking to regain energy, balance hormones, and feel confident in their bodies without extreme diets or exhausting fitness routines. With a focus on sustainable movement, nutrition, and mindset, Flow Fit empowers you to embrace ageing with vitality and ease. You'll learn simple, effective strategies to nourish your body, strengthen your mind, and move with confidence, creating a lasting transformation that supports your health and happiness through menopause and beyond.

This is a comprehensive holistic program that includes three main pillars: Empowered Moves (movement practices designed to empower, energise and strengthen without the burnout); Resilient Mind (strategies to build emotional strength and flexibility whilst gaining clarity and calm); Fuel for Life (simple effective nutrition behaviours to power vitality and longevity) to support you through midlife including support for menopause (peri and post) symptoms so you can live life with more ease and confidence.

The framework is designed to nurture your body, mind and spirit, helping you achieve a balanced, vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle.  Over 8 weeks, my aim for you is to experience positive improvements physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually through a blend of holistic practices that we work together to establish.

My mindfulness, meditation and lifestyle practices will enhance your mental clarity and emotional balance, fostering inner peace, contentment and resilience.  Behaviours and lifestyle habits will be shared with you to foster personal growth, health and nutrition targeting this unique phase of life.

You will be part of an small intimate supportive community with other like-minded women, sharing and growing together in a nurturing environment.  A successful program needs commitment, consistency and accountability. I will be working with you to establish a program that suits YOUR goals, lifestyle and energy, meeting you where you are at. I do require a minimum weekly commitment to at least attend a weekly session where we will come together at my studio or live via zoom, to check-in, monitoring, sharing and practicing together. NB This can also be accessed online via zoom and works well.

The program will always be a collaborative one between myself and the participants because we are all unique and we each have different goals and needs.  Communication is key to establishing trust and a tailored program to support you individually and as a group.

In the Flow Fit Program, you will receive:
- An 8 Module program strategically designed to support the needs of women 40-50 years and beyond.
- Weekly Small Group Coaching Session (5 women maximum)
- 8 week access to a private App for Community, Communication, Habit Tracking, Nutrition and Exercise Sessions, including tracking, accountability and support.
- Lifetime access to the online learning platform modules, including educational videos and resources on mindset, nutrition, and movement.
- 8 week access to over 100 On Demand Movement practices (including Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates and meditation)
- Lifetime access to my Morning Ritual Online Program featuring 7 daily practices of movement and meditation to set a positive tone for your day.
