Yin & Pin (Yin Yoga and Acupunture)

A 90 minute session combining the benefits of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture. These two modalities pair beautifully as they both work on the energetic channels of the body to release tension and nervous energy, to find freedom and relaxation, creating feelings of calmness and balance for both body and mind.

Amanda (500hr+ certified Yoga Teacher, Level 4 Healing Touch facilitator and Diploma Qualified Meditation Teacher) and

Dr Vanessa Doyle (Masters of Science Degree in Acupuncture, Naturopathic Medical Doctorate level and Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science) combine their love of these practices to support you to tap into the body's innate ability to relax and heal itself.

Yin yoga is a slow paced practice that works passively into the body's deeper connective tissues with longer holds in poses. Its intention is for slow deep release throughout the body.

Acupuncture is an ancient treatment for modern day health using fine needles that are placed at specific points to achieve the optimal flow of qi energy and blood. It has been shown to relax, decrease pain, improve sleep and energy.
