FREE Online Monday Motivate, Meditate and Move Mini Class - 6.30am Monday Mornings via Zoom

Join us for this FREE weekly meditation and gentle movement (suitable for all) class that will inspire you to kickstart your week with a rejuvenating dose of mindfulness and movement. Sessions will be approximately 20 minutes long.
