20 minute Chair Yoga Practice incorporating some lovely energy flows similar to Tai Chi or Qigong to connect with your body and the space in and around you. It is playful and fun practice that will leave you feeling uplifted and energised. Half of this practice is standing and you may use the support of a chair, wall or desk for added stability as needed.
