This class is designed to help you release tension and tightness in your hips, which can be a common area of discomfort and stress for many people. Throughout this class, we will explore a variety of postures that target the hips including lunges.
Cody guides you through some gentle warm-up movements to prepare the body for deeper stretches, and then move into more challenging hip-opening postures. You'll have the opportunity to modify the postures to suit your individual needs and level of flexibility.

As we move through the class, we'll focus on using the breath to help us deepen the stretches and release any mental tension or stress we may be carrying in the body. You can expect to leave this class feeling more open, grounded, and relaxed. We encourage you to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and honour your own unique journey on the mat.
