This gentle mat yoga video is designed to help you stretch and release any tension in your body after a walk, bike ride, or ski session. In this video, we will focus on opening up the hips, hamstrings, and lower back.
We will begin with some gentle warm-up movements to gradually awaken the body and prepare it for deeper stretching. Feel free to pause the video throughout if you would like to luxuriate in any of the poses for longer.
Throughout the practice, I will offer modifications and variations to add props to accommodate different levels of flexibility and mobility, so feel free to modify as needed and listen to your body.
