This 45 min practice incorporates gentle vinyasa paired flows with longer Yin holds. A combination that will have you sensing more freedom and spaciousness throughout your body as well as a deeper connection to the breath and the spaciousness all around you. Feel more balanced and free after completing this practice.
Props needed - 2 yoga blocks and/or a yoga bolster. These are optional however their use will help you find a deeper opportunity to create more spaciousness within your body.
