This 55 minute chair yoga class was recorded live. We focus on improving shoulder health and mobility. In this class, we will use the support of a chair and wall whilst safely and effectively stretching and strengthening the muscles surrounding the shoulders and neck.

Through a series of targeted movements and poses, we will work to increase range of motion, improve posture, and release tension in the upper body. Parts of the class we will come to stand and utilise a wall for further shoulder work.
