Triangle Pose is a foundational yoga posture that offers a multitude of benefits. It helps to stretch and strengthen the legs, hips, and spine, while also improving balance and stability. By exploring different variations of this pose, you'll deepen your practice and challenge your body in new ways.
In addition to Triangle Pose, we'll move through a variety of other poses that will help to tone and sculpt your muscles, improve flexibility and range of motion, and promote overall physical and mental wellbeing. By the end of this class, you'll feel energized, centered, and ready to take on whatever the day has in store.
