This Intermediate Vinyasa Flow has been created to build strength and ease of movement in the shoulders. Moving through a full range of shoulder rotation and strength building poses, the aim is to create resilient and healthy muscles and soft tissues in the shoulders, upper arms and body. We move through lunges and play around with Dolphin pose to build upper body and core strength as well as length and stretch out our hamstrings. Enjoy!
