A fun balance focused practice (recorded live). In this class we pre the body and mind for a balanced focused flow. Centering through breathwork then awakening the torso (core and back body) as well as lengthening the hamstrings to prepare for the fun flow of balancing postures. We practice Chair, Eagle, Flamingo, Dancers, Warrior three and a spicy little Hand to big toe squat sequence. You'll feel so empowered after this one! Balance is fun, it's challenging and it is vital for our safety and stability. Practice often - use it or loose it!
