This 60 minute Pilates Yoga Fusion class, focuses on stretching, strengthening and toning your legs. In this class, we will incorporate various poses that target your legs, such as scissors, clam series, single leg kick, and bridge.
We'll begin with a warm-up to get your body ready for the workout. Then we'll move on to the bridge and scissors poses, which involves lying on your back and alternating lifting your legs in a scissoring motion. This pose targets your inner and outer thighs, as well as your core.
Next up is the clam series, which is great for strengthening your glutes and hips. We'll be lying on our sides and opening and closing our legs like a clamshell.
The single leg kick is an excellent exercise for targeting your hamstrings and glutes. We'll be lying on our stomachs and alternating lifting and kicking our legs.
Cooling down with some stretches and finishing with time for relaxation.
