In this class, we will focus on standing core and leg strengthening exercises to help you improve your posture, balance, and overall strength. You have the option of using a Pilates ball for some of the exercises, which will add an extra challenge to your workout.
We will move into a series of standing core exercises, such as standing twists and side bends, to engage our abdominal muscles and work on our balance. We will also incorporate leg strengthening exercises like lunges and squats, to help build lower body strength and stability.
