This 60 minute intermediate practice has a series of smaller flows, both seated and standing. We practice poses like boat (Utkatasana), yogi squat (malasana) and lead up to balances with standing pigeon, warrior III and curtsey squats. It's a fun flowing class that will have you feeling strengthened, stretched and mobile.
