Cody's yoga class focuses on moving through triangle poses, warrior one, and side planks. This class is designed to help you stretch, build strength and rejuvenate your body. We will start with a gentle warm-up to get your body moving and prepare it for the sequence.

We will begin with triangle poses that involve stretching your legs, hips, and shoulders, and then transition into warrior one, which will help you build strength in your legs and core. We will then move on to side planks, which will help you strengthen your arms, shoulders, and core while also stretching your hips.

Throughout the class, we will focus on the breath and moving mindfully to help you connect with your body and find a sense of peace and calm. You will leave this class feeling stronger, more flexible, and rejuvenated. Come and join Cody for a fun practice.
