The class is part Vinyasa and Yin yoga class that focuses on Dragonfly and Butterfly poses to stretch and open up the hips, inner thighs, and hamstrings. The class begins with a gentle slow flow sequences in the vinyasa style and finishes with longer hold stretches in Yin style.

I guide you through variations of Dragonfly and Butterfly poses, encouraging you to connect with your breath and listen to your body. In the Yin portion of the class, the poses are held for a longer period of time to allow for a deeper release and surrender into the stretch.

Throughout the class, I offer modifications and props to support each student's individual practice. The video provides a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for the body and mind, leaving the students feeling more grounded and centred.
