This 60 minute practice begins with a vinyasa flowing style. Moving to awaken the whole body with a focus on strengthening the upper body through three legged dog, single leg planks (variations given) and warrior flows. We then move to longer holds in a Yin style practice where poses to stretch and lengthen are maintained for a few minutes each to access deeper release particular for the hips and back.
