This 60min Yin yoga class was recorded with a live class audience and focuses on the hips and hamstrings. Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the connective tissues of the body. In this practice, we will hold poses for several minutes, allowing the body to gently release and stretch.

We'll begin by finding a comfortable seated position and taking a few deep breaths to settle into the practice. From there, we'll move into a series of seated and reclined poses that target the hips and hamstrings. Each pose will be held for several minutes, allowing you to gradually deepen into the stretch and release any tension.

As we move through the practice, I invite you to cultivate a sense of presence and mindfulness. Focus on your breath, and allow your mind to become still and peaceful. With each exhalation, release any stress or tension that you may be holding in your body.

By the end of this class, you can expect to feel a deep sense of release in your hips and hamstrings, as well as a sense of calm and relaxation in your mind and body. So, let's get started!
