60 minute Yin practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes targeting the connective tissues and fascia. Yin is a calming and balancing practice that may reduce stress and anxiety. It improves flexibility, increases circulation, releases fascia and improves joint mobility. It is believed Yin also balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana energy.
