60 Minute Pilates Fusion (recorded live) for All Over Strength with Space, Time Bridge meditation

Welcome to this Pilates class with a small mix of yoga ending with a powerful relaxation meditation.

In this class, we will focus on building strength and flexibility through Pilates exercises, while also incorporating some yoga postures to enhance balance and relaxation. We will finish with a brief meditation to help you connect with your body and cultivate a sense of calm and focus.

Throughout the class, I will guide you through each movement, encouraging you to move with intention and awareness. We will start with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body for movement, and then move into a series of Pilates exercises that will target the core, glutes, and legs as well as incorporate a theraband (optional) for some upper body strengthening.

We will end with a brief meditation to help your body incorporate everything into its cellular memory, relax and allow you to feel more present in your body.

Whether you are new to Pilates and yoga, or have been practicing for years, this class will offer a well-rounded workout that will leave you feeling both energised and relaxed.
