Find Ur Flow Studio

Nestled in a serene hinterland location, Find Ur Flow Studio is your sanctuary for movement and mindfulness. Offering drop-in yoga and Pilates classes, live online sessions, and a growing video library, our studio welcomes everyone – from seasoned practitioners to those stepping onto the mat for the first time.

Our small group classes provide a warm and supportive environment where you can explore a variety of practices, including flowing vinyasa, gentle yin yoga, and energising Pilates. Led by compassionate and experienced teachers, each session is designed to meet you where you are, helping you build strength, flexibility, and peace of mind.

Accountability Coaching

For women in midlife and beyond I offer personalised coaching to help you move forward with your goals towards movement, nutrition, and mindset, helping you stick with the promises you keep making to yourself. Clarity, systems, tools and accountability so you don't have to do it all alone. I'm here to help you implement, stay on track, celebrate your wins, and give you a gentle nudge if you fall off track. I have options for individual or community based coaching.

Whether you’re looking to create positive change to support your mental, physical or emotional wellbeing I'm here to guide and support you with my unique approach that will have you feeling great, building confidence as we work together with sustainable, simple habits and behaviours built around YOUR lifestyle.

Hi, I'm Amanda. My goal and philosophy is to inspire, encourage, and support YOU to stay active and healthy, so you can live well for longer and continue doing the things you love. I want you to feel uplifted and empowered to live with more ease and happiness. Together, we'll incorporate fun and effective movement practices, along with mindful exercises and mindset tools, into your week. Through our journey, you'll discover the joy of balanced living, nurturing both your body and mind, to embrace each day with vitality and positivity.

The practices I share emanate from life lessons I gleaned following a stroke (despite being a fit and healthy person), where I discovered the true power of self-care and healing through yoga, meditation, pilates, strength training and energy relaxation. I truly believe I couldn't have got through this crisis without these tools.  I use them every single day to support and empower myself and others. The consistent positive feedback from people of all ages who also experience the positive influence for themselves (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually) inspires me to continue to share, guide and teach. Find ur Flow Studio

Our boutique, award-winning designed and purpose built studio is located in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland. We are less than 10 minutes from Noosaville, Tewantin, Eumundi and Cooroy in what's known as the Golden Triangle.

You will be welcomed into our community with open arms, we are small but our community connection is strong. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 9 (some only 4) and we have private lessons too. You'll receive care and attention and be able to chat with your teacher with ease to ask questions and get guidance.

Our studio is welcoming and oh so inviting

There is no one-size fits all approach. Classes are customised to who is in the class on the day with modifications and variations given so EVERYONE feels empowered and confident no matter your level of practice.

We have classes for beginners, those wanting slow flows and gentle practices, chair yoga for those who find getting up and down off a mat challenging, yin for deep release and also practices for those wanting stronger flows. We try to give you a variety so you can pick and choose what you need each week.

Our Group Classes

We have various Yoga style classes to suit all levels, including:

  • Back to Basics - Suitable for all levels including Beginners Level 1 - a gentle slow paced class with a focus on stretching and calming the body and mind. Detailed cues and guidance given. Start here if you are new to yoga.

  • Flow Yoga - Intermediate - a moderate paced class with intelligent sequencing flows plus holds to build strength and endurance. Open to all levels although beginners are encouraged to try our Gentle/Beginners class first or our Slow Flow and Restore Class.

  • Chair Yoga - a gentle form of yoga where all postures are performed with the support of a chair whilst sitting or standing. You will receive all the wonderful benefits of a traditional mat based yoga class but have the support of a chair throughout. Yoga made accessible to more.

  • Slow Flow and Restore -  A slower paced class for deep stretching, mobilisation and strengthening. Props such as massage balls, blocks and straps maybe used. You'll be lulled into a place of restoration with Cody's mindful guidance.

  • Vin/Yin Yoga - a combination class of slow flow Vinyasa followed by longer held Yin poses, held to time targeting both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. A delightful combination to start your day.

  • Pilates Fusion - This fun and energetic class is a fusion of pilates, yoga and resistance training. Combining the many benefits of mat pilates, yoga and specific resistance training to support midlife and beyond to form a class that will have your feeling invigorated, strong yet easeful.

  • Restorative Yoga - Designed to envelop you in a cocoon of peace and renewal. Imagine a sanctuary where your mind and body can let go of the day's burdens, where every breath brings a deeper sense of calm and every pose invites profound relaxation. This class is tailored to cradle you in gentle, supportive postures, encouraging a serene state that washes away stress and tension.

  • Meditation Practice - we practice a variety of meditation styles so individuals can experience and find preferred styles to help create a more peaceful and happy life. Our Meditation class is free Mondays at 6.30am. These classes are also recorded and added to our video library for ongoing use.

For those that can't get into the studio, you can join in online live via zoom,

plus we also have pre-recorded classes in our Video Library

Small Group and Private Classes

Our private classes are popular for those new to yoga and those wanting to work on a specific personalised focus in which private tuition would support them to gain confidence and knowledge customised at a pace and schedule that suits their needs.

We work with participants toward their specific goals and individual requirements. These can be anything from assessing technique, learning a specific pose or building an area of interest (eg strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation, easing stress).

These sessions can also be used for those wanting to share a private experience with a small group of family or friends e.g. birthday, Hens party or any celebration. A lovely session might be to gather a group of friends together for a Restorative Yoga Class to nurture and nourish.

These can be purchased as one-off sessions or in packages. Each session can be customised for one-to-one coaching or for small groups up to two people eg couples/family or a couple of friends.

Pre- recorded Classes and Courses

We are continually developing a library of pre-recorded classes and meditations for you to use anytime.

They range in time from 5 minutes (for those on the go) to 60 minute classes (great for those times when you're away or can't make it to a live class).

The library will also include courses and packages tailored to helping you focus on a particular skill or area you would like to improve in you life such as improving your sleep. These courses will include videos, audio, guides and questionnaires and are self paced.
